per O.C.G.A. 16-10-1. O.C.G.A. is the Official Code of Georgia Annotated.

Hello, My name is Scott Boeff and I reside in Cherokee County Georgia. I recently went through a five year divorce proceeding and
discovered just how corrupt some of our elected and appointed judicial representatives and other officers of the court are; and to what extent
they'll go to deny, cover, and conceal their corruption, individually, or together.
This includes many officers of the court: judges, attorneys, clerks, recorders, and their representatives. Most of these individuals are
complacent or ignorant of their obligations to the people or to the court which they are subordinate subjects thereof. Some of these
individuals are of the most arrogant, corrupt individuals one would ever care to meet on the street or have the displeasure to be confronted by.
My fellow citizens, parents and children are suffering from the unlawful acts being committed daily by officers of the courts. Whether it's
for the servant's personal, professional, or financial interest, it MUST be stopped. This includes all elected, appointed, or employed servants
of the people of Cherokee County and the State of Georgia. No one has immunity from prosecution for corrupt action in any official
capacity.
I am dedicated to exposing these corrupt servants and individuals who have misused and abused their powers, privileges, and authority.
When one is elected, appointed, or employed by the people, he is amenable to the people at all times. While acting in his official capacity, he
shall be held accountable for his actions to the highest degree, since he / she will have knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally given an oath
of office to support the constitutions, laws, and rules of the courts as published. A breach of contract is a civil violation, and punishable
under civil and criminal penalties.
This site is the work of my dedication to exposing the corrupt servants and attorneys who have unlawfully deprived me and my children of
due process of law. Whereby, I and my oldest son have been deprived of fair hearings and an opportunity to be heard on many occasions.
This site presents the facts as supported by public records. This includes evidence from our constitutions, laws, rules for the courts,
pleadings, motions, answers, transcripts, and etc.
I and my children have been victims of judicial abuse on a grand scale by several judges in Cherokee County, who appear to feel they're
above the law and are not amenable to the people. I have been deprived of my constitutionally secured rights of property and liberty and the
disposition thereof, and denied due process of law by judges and attorneys acting under color of law. All judges, attorneys, and clerks are
officers of the court; and are held to a higher degree of accountability than the average citizen. They are representatives or agents of our
created government. All officers of the court are required by constitutional and statutory requirements to take an oath to support their
obligation and to administer justice as it is published, known as due process of law.
Judges who willfully violate our constitutionally secured rights, absent due process of law, have subjected themselves to prosecution under
Federal and State criminal and civil proceedings and I intend to bring them to justice. I have exercised every option known to bring this to the
attention of the courts and miscarriages of justice. I have given all judges every opportunity known possible, to correct their unlawful acts,
and those committed by other judges being subordinate.
I have rock solid evidence that many officers of the court are acting in a corrupt manner and they willfully continue to deny my access to the
courts, including my minor children, and deny my access to public records. It is my intention to expose the criminal acts of corruption these
officers of the court have committed and see them brought to justice. I believe the facts contained in public record will convince the average
citizen that corruption exist on a grand scale in Cherokee County; and reveal just how perverted and corrupt our system of justice has
become.
I will hold every elected, appointed, or employed agent of Cherokee County to the highest level of accountability for their actions, or lack of
actions under our system of justice. I intend to bring to justice those individuals who have done harm to me and my family, and caused us to
suffer needlessly; under color-of-law.
I have been told by a judge and several attorneys within Cherokee County that the Constitution of the United States of America is not the
Supreme Law of the Land in Cherokee County. I have been told by several attorneys that they will not practice law in Cherokee County
because of corruption in the County's Judiciary. It is my desire to see that no citizen becomes a victim of judicial abuse, whether by corrupt
public servants and trustees, or attorneys who act as agents for their clients.
I will hold other persons accountable for their actions or lack of. Our system of law is really simple. It's the lawyers that have seized it
because of our ignorance and lack of appetite for the truth and knowledge. Learn the truth and gain knowledge, for knowledge can never be
taken away by anyone.

This website is the sole opinion of Scott Boeff. It contains factual documents found in the public records in the Superior
Court of Cherokee County Georgia, Official Code of Georgia Annotated (codified laws), and the Uniform Rules of the Respective Courts
(rules by which our judges and all litigants must follow). This website expresses my opinion based on facts, events, and my experience
concerning these civil and criminal cases heard in Cherokee County.
I'm exercising my freedom of speech under God's blessings and by those secured rights as enumerated by me and my fellow citizens
within The Constitution of the United States of America, the Supreme Law of the Land. It's my sincere hope and prayer that some good will
come out of all my efforts and that true changes may be made in our courts; and to compel our servants to obey our laws (constitutions,
statutes, and rules of the courts) with strict compliance or suffer the consequences of civil and criminal prosecutions for their violations of
oath and law.
I do not want another human being to suffer as my two children and I have for the past five years. No one should ever suffer as we
have; and it was all 100% avoidable, if our judges and officers of the court's (attorneys) were to follow due process of the law they swore to
uphold.
Did the judges and attorneys of these divorce proceedings act above the law? I'll present the events, facts, and the law....you decide.

I'm dedicated to exposing corrupt judges, and attorneys who have willfully violated their oaths. This includes other officers of the
court who have given oaths also. You can give support by educating yourself with the laws and facts. We must expose corrupt servants and
officers of the courts, for they are eroding our freedoms, and hold us in bondage under color-of-law. The only force elevating our
constitution above the trash can is educated citizens who demand strict constitutional compliance. After all, do you know of any lobbying
group, paid to lobby for the "Rights of the citizens? Our government, with its three Branches , was created for the people, of the people, and
by the people.
You read the news everyday. Please read the "About" page. It is my intention to bring to justice, these rogue servants and other officers of
the courts, and see them put behind bars for their willful crimes. Please read three documents and you'll get the whole story.
